Seismic hazards studies for the Los Alamos area involving:
total station mapping of cooling units in the Bandelier Tuff; trench logging
on the Pajarito fault, soils studies on the Pajarito Plateau, drill core
logging, permitting of trench sites, installing seismometers, maintenance
of survey equipment, outreach activities, and documenting local felt earthquakes.
Subsurface stratigraphic studies of the Cerro Toledo interval for the Environmental
Restoration project. Data processing, modeling, and map making using ArcView
GIS, Geodimeter, Geotool, Terramodel, TerraVista, CivilView, Surfer, Grapher,
Excel, Stratos98, Slicer Dicer, and Canvas software.
