Other LANL Analytical Capablilities
Other analytical techniques are available through collaborations with other Los Alamos organizations. These methods include: neutron diffraction, Infrared and Raman spectroscopies, Thermal-Induced Mass Spectrometry (TIMS), Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS), Auger, Electron-Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELs), nuclear reaction analysis, Rutherford BackScattering (RBS), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), X-Ray Photoelectric Spectroscopy (XPS), Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), immersion calorimetry, and many other techniques.
